FS VALENTINA

The FS Valentia Collection by Francisco Segarra is an imported, special-order porcelain masterpiece designed to bring the romantic elegance of mid-19th century Valencian ceramics directly into modern spaces [site:peronda.com]. Developed in an exclusive artistic collaboration between Peronda and acclaimed designer Francisco Segarra, this collection beautifully honors Peronda’s deep Spanish origins while seamlessly introducing a highly trendy contemporary flair to high-end interiors [site:peronda.com]. Measuring a compact and versatile 8.78” x 8.78” format (22.3 x 22.3 cm), the collection features three unique references packed with character, warmth, and deeply personal style [site:peronda.com].

With the FS Valentia line, historic European tradition and cutting-edge modernity merge flawlessly. Engineered with revolutionary Layer Tech printing technology, these premium porcelain tiles feature an intricate interplay of rich matte glazes contrasted with crystalline, glossy inks [site:peronda.com]. This high-definition manufacturing recreates the exact visual texture and organic glaze variations of authentic hand-painted antique hydraulic work. Ideal for residential kitchen backsplashes, custom feature walls, artisan bathrooms, and boutique commercial projects, these decorative tiles effortlessly transform any vertical or horizontal surface into a brilliant statement of elegance, luxury, and architectural history.

Because this signature series is imported directly from Peronda’s boutique facilities in Spain, the collection is available strictly via custom special order. Sourcing your layout directly through an authorized Canadian partner guarantees that your project is supplied from a single, matching production dye lot to prevent unwanted shade discrepancies across your surface layout.

Technical Installation & Pattern Layout Guide
To maximize the fluid visual texture of the FS Valentia system, careful layout planning before installing thinset mortar is highly encouraged. Because the surface patterns possess a directional flow, installers can rotate the tiles in alternating quarters to create an organic, woven tapestry effect, or align them uniformly for a continuous wave.

Utilize a premium polymer-modified thinset mortar suited for vitrified porcelain tiles. To keep the focus entirely on the hand-painted artistry, select a minimal grout joint width. A coordinating grout color—such as a soft off-white or muted neutral grey—will blend the joints seamlessly into the background, providing a unified canvas look across your finished environment.
