SINTRA
The Sintra Collection by APE Grupo is a stunning, multi-format Spanish tile series that brings the soul of old-world European craftsmanship into modern spaces. Available in rich, nature-inspired tones—including Ice White, Sand, Olive Green, Emerald Green, and Misty Blue—this collection lets you mix and match small 5”x5” squares, wobbly 4.5”x4.5” Madeira frames, and striking 5.5”x6.3” standalone hexagons. Layered with intricate encaustic-look accent tiles (Floris, Prado, and Decor Star), Sintra is the ultimate design toolkit for creating highly customized, texture-rich backsplashes and feature walls.
Description
Transform your walls into an artistic statement with the exceptional versatility of the Sintra Collection by APE Grupo. Named after Portugal’s historic, fairytale town, this premium series celebrates traditional glazed ceramic art with a beautifully fluid, translucent glaze finish that accentuates subtle surface ripples and edge movements.
The genius of Sintra lies in its highly coordinated architectural formats. Designers can effortlessly transition across three distinct shapes: the classic Sintra 5”x5” square, the rustic Madeira 4.5”x4.5” hand-molded look, and the striking Hexa Sintra 5.5”x6.3” honeycomb format. This structural playground is further elevated by a gorgeous suite of Decorados—including the delicate floral-patchwork Floris Ice White Mix and the geometric Decor Star panels—designed to create a continuous, customized canvas. Engineered as a premium glazed wall tile, it delivers an easy-to-clean, moisture-resistant solution that is perfectly suited for custom kitchen backsplashes, luxury shower surrounds, and high-impact accent niches.
