The Customization Process
    1. Consult: Book a session at our Shelburne showroom or submit your digital mood board online.
    2. Formulate: Because custom development requires dedicated artisan labor and raw materials, our studio pours, stains, or engraves a bespoke, paid physical sample batch to your exact specifications.
    3. Approve: We present you with your custom-labeled sample box to review directly on-site in your project’s natural lighting.
    4. Produce: Once you sign off on the sample, we manufacture your custom production batch with precision.

Custom Lab Investment & Pricing
Every project in The Custom Lab is unique. Because setup times, specialized tooling, and material costs vary widely, we price our custom services individually.
    • Sample Development Fees: Sample costs are calculated based on the specific material, complexity, and custom tooling required (such as custom laser files or specialized molds).
    • Production Pricing: Your final production estimate will be provided alongside your custom sample or upon approval of design parameters.
